Into The Blue Smoothie + Bowl

Smoothie bowls do NOT have to be a banana packed affair. Using ice, avocado, and coconut butter, you can achieve the same creamy texture with WAY less sugar. Intrigued? Give it a try. We promise it's even yummier than it looks.

Into the Blue Smoothie + Bowl

Serves: 1 // Serving Size: 325g/367g // Prep time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Coconut Milk

1/2 Packet (10g) Ketobasis

30g Coconut Butter

1/4 Avocado

1 Tsp Blue Spirulina Powder

1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

Suggested Toppings*

2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs

2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut

1/8 Cup Blueberries

*nutritional data calculated with and without toppings

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender cup. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

2. Spoon smoothie into a bowl. If desired, decorate with toppings and enjoy :)
