Synchro is a Berkeley, CA-based health and wellness brand focused on developing a comprehensive system for realizing true health - a state in which the body and brain are truly alive and vibrant and functioning at a level approaching full potential.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Additionally, when visiting our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of our products and services. This is common data collection information and helps us provide a better experience for you. Additionally, we use cookies to collect some of this information. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers’ systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. We also collect data via Google Analytics, Shopify, PayPal, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads conversion tracking (Facebook pixel) and Meta Events Manager to better serve you. None of this data can personally identify you. By using our site you agree to let us collect this information. The data collected includes a random user ID, the date of the purchase and the purchase amount. It is collected to understand the performance of our advertising campaigns.

How do we protect your information?

All traffic to and submitted on Synchro.co is transmitted via industry standard, bank-level, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 2048-bit encryption. Examples of this traffic includes login credentials, order forms, contact forms, and normal webpage views. All credit card and other payment details are secured in the same way, and is neither stored by Synchro, nor directly accessible by their employees. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of processing your orders, delivering the purchased product or service requested or otherwise facilitating your use of our website or products.
Do we share any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, facilitating transactions with us for you or otherwise servicing you. International data transfers
Our servers and offices are located in the United States, so your information may be collected, transferred to and stored in the U.S. In order to take steps to further protect your information, Synchro participates via Shopify in compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Synchro is responsible for the processing of personal information we receive under each Privacy Shield Framework and subsequent transfer to a third party acting on our behalf. With respect to personal information received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, we are subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
Dispute Resolution
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Synchro commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. If you are located in the EU or Switzerland and you have an inquiry or complaint regarding our privacy policy or Privacy Shield certification, you should first contact Synchro at info@synchro.co.
Synchro has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to TBD, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint from us, or if we have not resolved your complaint, please contact or visit TBD for more information or to file a complaint. The services of TBD are provided at no cost to you.
