Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Your order will typically leave our fulfillment center within 2 business days of you placing your order.

We use USPS Priority Shipping to ensure safe arrival of your products in a timely manner. We do not have any other shipping options at this time. 

International Shipping

We ship to most international locations. International shipments usually arrive within 6-10 business days. Please note that international shipments are often subject to customs/import fees, which vary by country and can delay delivery. You are responsible for any customs/import fees. 

To find out what shipping costs will be to your country, please fill in your address when you place an order.

Order Modifications

We are unable to make changes to orders after they are placed. Orders that have yet to ship may be canceled and refunded so that a new order may be placed with the correct items. 
If the order has already shipped, please contact customer service via email at hello@besynchro.com. Customer service inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours Monday- Friday. If you write during the weekend, please be mindful that it may take longer than expected to hear back from us. 

Returns

Please contact us at hello@besynchro.com to arrange the return ahead of time. 
Customers may return unopened product for store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for returns.

We cannot accept returns on opened product. 
Returns sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not return your purchase back if :
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or opened for reasons not due to our error.
  • 30 or more days have passed since you received your order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an order for the same item, please send us an email at hello@besynchro.com
