Serves: 1 // Prep time: 5 min
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Ice
1-2 sprigs fresh mint
Monkfruit extract - for sweetness
Water - for consistency
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.
Blend for 30 seconds.
