Mexicali Spice Smoothie

Mexicali Spice Smoothie

Posted by Sandra Hernandez on

I have to tell you something that might make you like me a little less… I’m not a fan of chocolate. I know, I know. I’m crazy, I’m an alien, I’m weird - I’ve heard it all. When it comes to chocolate, people feel so passionately about it that they simply cannot comprehend HOW anyone could not like chocolate. That’s the unfortunate truth, with one exception - I am absolutely crazy for this smoothie!

Maybe it’s that this recipe is inspired by my love for Mexico, or maybe its something about the combination of chocolate, spice, and Synchro Gold, but this smoothie is so irresistible that I chug it down without a second thought.

Mexicali Spice Smoothie

Serves: 1 // Prep time: 5 min

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Synchro Gold

2-4 tbsp Synchro Genesis or Cacao Powder

1 cup Coconut Milk

1 cup Ice

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4-1/2tsp Cayenne

Optional:

Monkfruit extract: for sweetness - here I added 1/2 teaspoon

Water - for consistency

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.

Blend for 30 seconds.

Drink up!

I hope you love this smoothie as much as I do! When you decide to make it, comment below, let us know what you think, and post a photo on Instagram with the hashtag #besynchro so we can see it. Can’t wait to connect!

Stay Synchro,

Sandra
