Super Seed Keto Granola

Posted by Sandra Hernandez on

As part of my role with Synchro, I have taken on the challenge of keto-ifying all of my favorites. Granola is near and dear to my heart, another one of those crunchy snack time treats that I can't get enough of. It would be a sin to not share this recipe with you, so here you have it - the perfect granola for your crunch cravings.

Super Seed Keto Granola

Serves: 4-6 // Prep time: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut flakes

1 cup super seed mix (we used sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and flax

1 cup crushed or sliced almonds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1tbsp monkfruit extract

Optional:

Spices (cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract, etc)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

Place all ingredients on a baking sheet.

Mix until well coated in coconut oil.

Bake for 10 minutes, stir, then place back in oven for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven, allow to cool, and enjoy with your favorite nut milk, chia pudding, or topped with Synchro Manna!

NOTES

Store in an airtight container after cooled :)

I hope you love this granola as much as I do! When you decide to make it, comment below, let us know what you think, and post a photo on Instagram with the hashtag #besynchro so we can see it. Can’t wait to connect!

Stay Synchro,

Sandra
