I have battled side Gluteal pain for years. I have seen an MD and a chiropractor. I underwent PT and stem wave therapy at the Chiropractor. This stuff really works my hip pain was gone after several weeks of faithfully taking the supplement. However, I had digestive issues when I took the supplement. I’m not running during the summer months so I will be back to running in the fall in winter months and I will resume taking the supplement. I’m going to try to take it with plain yoghurt to see if that helps with the digestive issues.
