What is an affiliate, and how do I become one?
An affiliate is someone who promotes Synchro products by sharing a custom link with their audience via her/his website, social media channels, emails, etc.
These links are tracked, and you receive a 15% commission on any purchase made within 30 days of when a customer uses your link to visit our online store.
To apply, please click here to complete the application form through Omni Star, our affiliate management software. Applications will be reviewed within 72 hours so that you can start earning commissions ASAP.
Is the any cost?
Nope!
Do you offer promo or discount codes for myself or my audience?
No. This is a commission based program, not a discount program.
How are commissions credited to my affiliate account?
When someone makes a purchase through your affiliate link, we receive an approval notification on our end. Commissions are approved on a weekly basis and may take a day or two to process, so please wait up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your affiliate portal. If after 10 days you don't see the commission in your account, please contact us with the order number so that we can look into it :)
How / When are commissions paid out?
We use https://www.zellepay.com/ to pay out commissions.
Commissions are paid out in the first 10 days of each month every time you reach $100+ in commissions. For those who have not reached $100, commissions will accumulate month to month until they have reached the $100 requirement.
Can I use my own affiliate link to make purchases?
Definitely! That being said, if we notice that you are the only person purchasing though your custom links for a few months, your account will be deactivated, you will be removed from our affiliate program, and you will not receive any commission payments.
Do I receive a monthly commission for recurring orders?
No. If someone from your audience makes a recurring order, you will receive a 15% commission on their first order.
What happens if someone clicks on one of my links to the Synchro website, does not make a purchase, but goes to the Synchro website later to make a purchase?
Your custom links contain a 30 day cookie, which means that if someone clicks on your link(s), leaves, and comes back to the Synchro website at any time over the next 30 days to make a purchase, you will still get a commission for their order.
Do you provide samples to your affiliates?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples at this time. We would be happy to discuss the products in further detail with you if you have questions about taste, functionality, ingredients, etc.
