Whole Lotta Sunshine Smoothie

Hello Synchro Society! It’s been a few weeks since I posted a recipe, but I have a great reason: We’ve been busy developing a new flavor of Synchro Gold.

Introducing Synchro Gold Lemon Ginger 

Now that the cat’s out of the bag, I’m happy to say that if you’re a fan of Synchro Gold, you’re going to fall absolutely in love with Synchro Gold Lemon Ginger. A little bit of lemon and a little bit of himalayan rock salt go a long way in improving the flavor.

Now, I have even more good news! We've crafted an awesome smoothie series for you to try out with your Synchro Gold Lemon Ginger. We’ll be posting weekly smoothie recipes for the next 8 weeks for you to get your Synchro on.

Our criteria in crafting these smoothies?
Simple & Easy

Forget making messy turmeric paste or staining every surface imaginable with turmeric powder. Forget crazy ingredient lists and smoothies that look/taste like undesirable substances (you know what I’m talking about!)

To kick things off, let me introduce to you the Whole Lotta Sunshine Smoothie. This smoothie is liquid sunshine, with the unique characteristic that you’ll want more and more of it on a sunny day. This smoothie, to put it lightly, brings my obsession with turmeric to unprecedented levels. Goodbye inflammation, hello delicious.


Whole Lotta Sunshine Smoothie

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice
1 oz Synchro Gold Lemon Ginger or Synchro Gold Original
1 tsp cinnamon

Extra turmeric - for flavor/ color
Monkfruit extract - for sweetness
Water - for consistency


Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.

Blend for 30 seconds.

Drink up and shine, because we can all use more sunshine in our lives (especially the non-skin cancer causing kind)!
