Why liposomes (nano-encapsulations) are essential for turmeric delivery.
In non-liposomal formulas (99.9% of turmeric supplements), turmeric extracts are rapidly degraded by enzymes in our gut and poorly absorbed by gut epithelial cells. The result is very little of the extract makes it into the body and the benefit for the user is minimal-to-none.

Been taking this for a few weeks and have noticed a reduction in joint pain, swelling, and stiffness. Not a miracle supplement but it has helped immensely and I 59 years old with degenerative jpint disease.
